Preorder & Return Policy

This policy explains how Sketch2Life® (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles orders, production timelines, returns, and refunds.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Preorder Policy

Sketch2Life® is currently operating in an early production and preorder phase.

  • Orders are placed into a production queue
  • Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Shipping timelines will be communicated after ordering
  • Delays may occur as we scale production

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept that delivery timing may vary and is not guaranteed.

Custom Product Policy

All Sketch2Life® figurines are custom-made based on user-submitted artwork.

  • All sales are final once production begins
  • No returns or exchanges on custom-made items
  • Minor differences from the original drawing are expected
  • Artistic interpretation and structural adjustments are part of the production process

By ordering, you acknowledge that the final product is a 3D interpretation of a 2D drawing and may differ in proportions, colors, or details.

Coloring Kit Policy

If your order includes a coloring kit (markers, paints, or related materials):

  • All coloring kits are final sale
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be modified or canceled only before production begins
  • Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or changed

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Clear photos of the issue are required
  • We will repair, replace, or resolve the issue at our discretion

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • No returns or refunds for custom figurines once production has begun
  • No refunds for coloring kits (final sale)
  • No refunds for change of mind
  • No refunds for minor differences or subjective expectations

Eligible for Refund or Replacement (at our discretion):

  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Verified manufacturing defects
  • Significant deviation from the submitted design

All claims must:

  • Be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photo evidence

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sketch2Life® is not liable for:

  • Delays due to production, shipping carriers, or external factors
  • Differences arising from artistic interpretation
  • Customer dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations
