Material Description

PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a thermoplastic polymer derived from renewable plant-based resources such as corn starch or sugarcane. It is commonly used in consumer products and is widely regarded as safe for general use.

• Personal keepsakes

Products are intended for general use and display. Adult supervision is recommended for younger children.

• Non-toxic under normal handling conditions

• May contain small parts

Not intended for:

• Children under 3 years old (choking hazard)
• Food contact or food preparation
• Exposure to high temperatures

Temperature & Heat Resistance

PLA material begins to soften at approximately 60°C (140°F).

• Avoid leaving products in hot environments (e.g., cars, direct sunlight)
• Do not expose to open flames or heat sources

Physical Hazards

• Products may break if dropped or subjected to force
• Broken parts may have sharp edges
• Small pieces may present a choking hazard

Environmental Information

PLA is a biodegradable material under industrial composting conditions. It may not degrade under normal household conditions.

Storage & Care

• Store in a cool, dry place
• Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture
• Avoid exposure to heat or direct sunlight
