Sketch2Life® provides custom 3D-printed figurines created from user-submitted drawings.
Eligibility

- A parent or legal guardian acting on behalf of a minor
Orders
- All products are made-to-order and customized
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
- Uploads that are unclear, inappropriate, or violate these Terms may be rejected

By uploading content (including drawings or images), you confirm that:
- You own the content or have full legal permission to use it
- The content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights
- The content does not contain illegal, offensive, or prohibited material
You grant Sketch2Life® a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your content solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your product.
We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that violates these Terms.
Product Nature
Each Sketch2Life® product is custom-made and unique.
- Products are 3D interpretations of 2D drawings
- Minor differences in shape, color, or detail are expected
- Such variations are not considered defects
Pricing
- Prices may vary based on size, customization, and add-ons
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time
Payments
- All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers
- We do not store full payment details
- You agree to provide accurate billing information
Preorders & Production
Sketch2Life® operates in a preorder and production-based model.
- Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to demand, production, or external factors
- By ordering, you accept that delivery timing may vary
Shipping
- Shipping times vary based on location and carrier
- We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, customs delays, or lost packages once handed to the carrier
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
Returns & Refunds

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- Custom products are final sale once production begins
- Coloring kits are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons
